Passionate about beauty and the world of fashion, I worked for 15 years, in France and internationally, as a makeup artist and Makeup Artist Trainer in the Shiseido group, for the professional cosmetics brand NARS, between Paris, New York and London.
As a professional makeup artist I have also developed my knowledge of skin care and its requirements.
Because I am also a painter in my spare time, I am used to saying that the skin is not a blank canvas, but rather a living material that must be taken care of!
Our story
During New York Fashion Week, I used to use luxury professional cosmetic products.
I thought I was doing the right thing, but year after year the models asked me for other products, more natural and more respectful of their skin.
It was at this moment that I understood the importance of using cosmetics with more transparent compositions, good for the skin and the environment and that I wanted to create KAKI beauté !
Like many professional makeup artists, I have long had the image of organic makeup as being poorly pigmented and having average staying power.
After years of research and testing, I discovered little natural and organic gems, which have nothing to envy of professional makeup and which today I love to use for all my makeup.
My experience has led me to become very demanding in my choice of cosmetics. That's why today I continue to test all kinds of brands and products to better understand their evolution and make the best selection.
